With a wide ranging skill set the practice can offer Design Services for small residential extension projects, bespoke house designs and commercial and industrial projects, working throughout Essex, Suffolk, London and Hertfordshire.The Practice offers a friendly, reliable and professional service, and has experience in dealing with many Local Authorities in East Anglia to obtain Planning Permission, Building Regulations and Listed Building consents.The practice prides itself on putting the client's needs first, aiming to provide a personal and high quality service no matter what size or budget the project.I have also gained a wealth of knowledge in many different areas, having worked for a major developer as an Architectural Team Leader and had senior roles with a main contractor and a leading Heritage developer.Having spent a considerable time on site working alongside the construction teams, commercial teams and trades, designs are always thought through to provide a practical, cost effective and architecturally pleasing solution.Having previous experience as a SAP, EcoHomes, and Code for sustainable Homes assessor I am fully aware of the design parameters that exist for new housing and the need for sustainable building products and methods, all of which can be incorporated within the drawings and details for each project.
