Introduced coding standards, as well as a version control, deployment and issue tracking system. These quality and process improvements have made the development process more transparent, easier to manage and introduced a greater level of control.Built a debug bridge in safety-related control systems for railway applications using C++ (QT) – a language I've learned specially for this project, SQL, TCP/IP and XML.Because of my highly analytical thinking along with my demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving and streamlining complex work processes, I am responsible for the refactoring of the inventory control system, which is fully integrated in the production, testing and life cycle of any component. The inventory control system was put into practice with MS SQL & MySQL, PHP and JavaScript (jQuery).

Gained experience with parallel processing on large web server farms including load balancing and high availability systems and in-depth knowledge of big database instances (+1M tables). Involved in designing, implementing and testing large enterprise applications. Initiated memcache to manage the heavy daily load on the database instances.Developed a prototype of a new Click and Open Tracking System using Python, Tornado and Memcache. The highly-efficient prototype was able to replace 20 up to this point used standard servers.Analyzed existing job scheduler and designed, standardized and built a new one using PHP and SQL. The job scheduler is now responding to the needs arising out of existing conditions and structures. It distributes all requests depending on the load of each node.Worked on the back-end of the existing application, using PHP profiling to make performance improvements as well as fixing bugs (using Zend debugger) and implementing new features like behavior targeting and social media integration.Provided trainings to the customer service.

Responsible for the day-to-day jobs like maintaining, extending and fixing the existing email marketing system within a small team of 4 developers. Worked on the back-end using PHP, MySQL and jQuery.Troubleshooting was an integral part of my duties. Due to my customer orientated attitude, my ability to react flexible and provide proper solutions in a short time I could build strong customer relations and the customer care became another part of my job.Furthermore I researched and recommended hardware purchases and made the decision for the new server infrastructure and ISP regarding the technical needs of the company.
