I have since 2001 now and then been assigned as an election observer during general elections - so far in Kosovo, Bosnia, Serbia, Moldova and Ukraine. An assignment that has been performed under the management of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, OSCE.

RFSU (the Swedish Association for Sexuality Education) was founded in 1933. Today it is the leading organisation in Sweden in the field of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). RFSU has no party political or religious affiliation.RFSU sees openness on sexuality as the point of entry of health promotion and STIs and HIV/AIDS prevention. Rights to sexual and reproductive health services and sexuality education are key tools in the struggle for a healthier and more equitable society.Good sexuality education enables people to find joy in their sexuality, and gives each and every individual an opportunity to make decisions about his or her own body. Increased sexual knowledge will also prevent unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).Our work is based on three freedoms that are fundamental preconditions for a person’s ability to experience self-worth and self-esteem:The freedom to choose.The freedom to enjoy.The freedom to be oneself.

The Sports Committee is responsible for: * The city's grant aid to clubs, associations and scholarship activities. * The organization of recreational activities for children, adolescents and adults with disabilities. * Management of the city's swimming, sports and recreation facilities and land areas. * Transfer of school sports and gymnastics halls outside school time. * Matters concerning local lotteries * Matters concerning a zero tariff and subsidies on the leases of premises for public meetings and facilities for sporting activities. * Questions regarding fish conservation in the city's water and camping and outdoor activities. The Sports Committee consists of eleven members and an equal number of alternates. They are elected by the municipal council.

Let’s talk HIV is a fundraising and information organisation with two main purposes:- to collect money to be able to support Swedish and international organizations, project and initiatives in their work against HIV and AIDS, and- to spread information about HIV and AIDS.

The Swedish Hemophilia Society was founded in 1964 and the society is a member of WFH since 1968. Her Royal Majesty, Queen Silvia, is the Patron of the Society. The Swedish Hemophilia Society is a non-profit nation wide organisation for persons with Hemophilia, von Willebrands Disease and other bleeding disorders. Most members have some form of hemophilia; others are either relatives/family or support members. The goal of the Swedish Hemophilia Society is;- to retain the interest of persons with hemophilia in the society. - to offer guidance and support to its members. - to disseminate knowledge about Hemophilia. - to strive for the qualified medical care and treatment for persons with hemophilia.

Vår förening täcker den nordvästra halvan av Bromma stadsdelsområde, den som utgörs av Bromma församling. Vi täcker stadsdelarna Abrahamsberg, Beckomberga, Blackeberg, Bromma Kyrka, Bällsta, Eneby, Mariehäll, Norra Ängby, Riksby, Södra Ängby, Ulvsunda Industriområde, Åkeshov och Åkeslund.Inom vår förenings område finns Nordens största travbana och Sveriges – beroende på hur man räknar, fjärde eller näst största flygplats. Här finns också det k-märkta Södra Ängby samt en av Stockholms allra äldsta byggnader, Bromma kyrka. Vid gränsen mot Sundbyberg uppförs nu ett nytt bostadsområde, Annedal.Välkommen till Bromma!

My working tasks as an advocacy officer is mainly to work politically for this group and to secure the rights of HIV-positive people and to lessen the stigma and discrimination in society. I also work as an organisation manager which means that I'm responsible for the day to day work at the office.

The HIV/AIDS Civil Society Forum (CSF) is an informal advisory body established in 2005 by the European Commission to facilitate the participation of NGOs and networks, including those representing People Living with HIV/AIDS, in European policy development and implementation as well as to exchange information.The CSF is linked with the work of the HIV/AIDS Think Tank and provides advise on issues discussed by the Think Tank. Meetings of CSF are co-organised by the Commission and the two networks representing the civil society in the Think Tank. Members of the CSF come from all over Europe and are selected by the Commission following a call for expression of interest.

HIV-Nordic is “The co-operative body of the Nordic umbrella-organizations for HIV-positive people”. HIV-Nordic was founded in 1995 and the organizations included in HIV-Nordic are HIV-Denmark, HIV-Norway, HivFinland, HIV-Sweden and HIV-Iceland.Two persons represent each country and organization in the board of HIV-Nordic. The HIV-Nordic secretariat is since 1999 seated at HIV-Sweden in Stockholm, where it also has its legal status.
