As part of CMS Kluge’s corporate group, I primarily assists with regulatory advice and transactional support to the financial services and asset management industry, including to fintechs.

I was the sole in-house counsel, supporting the business with pragmatic legal advice in all areas, ensuring continued focus on regulatory smartness, solving legal problems and making life easier for management and employees, and serving the role as secretary of the board.

I led the compliance & risk management function at Kron, establishing and maintaining a framework for compliance and risk controls for the company and its funds under management.

Primarily worked with securities funds manufacturing and distribution across the group, implementation of regulatory initiatives (MiFID II, EU sustainable finance initiative, AMLD IV and V, GDPR+++) in asset management, and with corporate governance and day-to-day legal matters in the Norwegian fund management subsidiary, including acting as its board secretary.

Part time secondment from Kluge Advokatfirma AS, assisting Pandion Energy primarily with their procurement activities, commercial contracts and business development processes.

I worked as an associate in the industry and energy department, assisting onshore and offshore industrial companies with commercial contracts, financing and general legal advice related to day-to-day operations. Qualified as a Norwegian lawyer in April 2019.

I wrote a master thesis in petroleum law and did various clerical tasks for the department for petroleum law.
