As the Director Customer Cyber Security at Ericsson, I have been a dedicated Business Partner and Senior Advisor to the Global Customer Unit (GCU) Head and their Sales and Delivery teams for over four years. I am also the single point of contact for the Customer for all matters related to Security, ensuring their trust and satisfaction.I have a strong background in Information / Cyber Security, Product and Services Management, and Innovation Management, with more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunication, information technology and services industry. I am an ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, certified by PECB, and skilled in Business Planning, Program Management and People Management. I have successfully led and supported several strategic initiatives, such as the global information security certification effort, the introduction of a global digitalization function, and the institutionalization of the Product Development Services Center of Excellence. My mission is to leverage my expertise and competencies to deliver value, drive compliance, protect IPR, and increase automation for Ericsson and its customers.
