Served as Board Director for parent company and concurrently represented Scotty US subsidiary.- Secured additional €0.6M funding.- Participated in road show presentation to investors in Switzerland and UK. - Led parent company toward “going public” by meeting prospective investors, brokers and advisors. - Managed $11M acquisition of Zydacron in Manchester, NH.
