I have extensive experience in structuring and establishing joint venture collaborations between different stakeholders.Recent highlights include:• Advised AG Gruppen in connection with the establishment of a joint venture with Lægernes Pension and the development of two individual housing projects consisting of approx. 400 residential units• Advised AVIVA and PSP in the sale of the 25,000 sqm mixed-use retail/office complex known as Galleri K located in the heart of Copenhagen • Advised Savills’ EFRF fund (European Food and Retail Fund) in the acquisition of 43 and later 11 additional Rema 1000 grocery stores in a sale-and-lease-back setup• Advised Gefion Group the sale of a development property on St. Kongensgade in central Copenhagen consisting of student housing units and a grocery store • Advised Alma Property Partners in the development of 144 apartments in Horsens in collaboration with Birch Ejendomme• Advised AG Gruppen in collaboration with NREP and Topdanmark in connection with a joint venture development project in Glostrup of approx. 56,000 sqm housing• Advised NREP in the acquisition of Fasanrækkerne on forward terms – a large rental property in Ørestaden developed by Bonava• Advised HusCompagniet in their first B2B transaction: A forward sale of 63 terraced houses to a fund under Ares Management• Advised AG Gruppen in a joint venture with NREP regarding the purchase of and development of projects Køhlers Have and Ved Amagerbanen Nord• Advised AG Gruppen in collaboration with Alma Property partners regarding a large DGNB Gold-certified project in Herlev in the Greater Copenhagen Area• Advises Aberdeen Standard Investments in all stages of the acquisition, financing, development and housing concept of a new project in Aarhus under the UNITY brand
