As Head of Development I am responsible for one of our value-creating streams we have in our Engineering organization. My team consists of Engineering Managers who each are responsible for two to four self-organizing, agile teams. The agile teams are located in Stockholm, Manila and Bucharest. I am reporting to the SVP Engineering and are part of the Engineering Leadership team.

Improve the SW Development Process and Team Lead for a HW/SW Development Team.2010-2017 Ericsson, Radio VerificationMy tasks have shifted from Test Development to Team Lead and the last 4 years of the assignment I worked as a Project Manager/Scrum Master. The project I managed was to deliver automated tests for the Radio Performance Verification organisation worldwide. It was a big project with almost 40 developers improving our automated testsWe used Scrum as a frame work for our development where I acted as a scrum master. As an input for each sprint planning I collected and negotiated the tasks with the different stake holders (product projects and responsible managers). During the sprints my focus was on follow up and change management.I was also Release Responsible, i.e wrote the release note covering new features, limitations, updates of existing features and compatible tools. Radio verification was the central part of the work but also RF design support, Test System Development, Prototype handling, Instrument calibrations etc. Since I worked with the Radio Design team we also had a lot of communication with the production sites.One of the things I am proud of during my time at Sony Ericsson was to build up the lab and test facilities. That included a shielded room to be able to test RF performance in a controlled environment.
