Directed HR implementation of finalized contract terms and facilitated inclusion of relevant collective bargaining agreement content into staff handbooks and policy manuals.• Led Experience Works' transition to remote work model, saving $300K annually on office space leasing and neutralizing impact of reduced federal funding while sustaining core program functions and staff.
