Throughout my 16-year career as an executive coach specializing in leadership and management, I have coached more than 1200 talents in corporate and mid-size organizations. I support talented leaders and empower them to make an impactful difference for their stakeholders, clients and teams. Outcome focused, I have a passion for developing individual potential and authentic excellence. As a certified NLP Master Coach, I have been a member of the International Coach Federation since 2006. The fundamental theme, which is at the heart of all my work, is reaching my clients’ highest level of performance through their authenticity. Based on the identification and application of natural talents, I design my own coaching programs, like 'The Inner Coherence Program' which supports clients in accelerating their peak performance with motivation and dedication in any circumstances. This maximizes their potential to be among the top talents of their organization. 'The Innate Leader' is a program I specifically created for first time CEOs, executives and managers who are facing new challenges brought by their move to a different level of responsibility. This program empowers them to develop their own unique leadership style and lead with vision and purpose. It’s about enjoying being on a mission and leading authentically. Alongside my coaching work, I also lead workshops and training programs. For example, my program 'Content doesn’t matter' enables clients to dramatically improve the quality of their relationships with stakeholders, clients and colleagues. It reveals the power of understanding people’s six fundamental behavioral drivers and their vast impact on our everyday decision making. It’s a tool to build trust and advocacy with everyone we meet. Another of my programs, 'Who do you think you are?' is focused on the make-or-break ability to update and elevate our identity when growing into new responsibilities, privately and professionally.
