Hello! My name is Andrea Scheppe & I'm a N. Phoenix native (born & raised by Desert Ridge) & I’ve lived, worked & played all over the valley of the sun (42+ years!)My husband, son, rescue pittie & I love Phoenix Metro & we are proud to call it home.I have a background in commercial real estate as I started my career at SVN Phoenix back in 2005. After a few incredible years working for the company’s vice president, I left commercial real estate & dove into a small-business partnership with Divaz Boutique/Grand Central Clothing in Tempe, Chandler & Tucson, Arizona.The 12+ years I spent owning & running retail boutiques taught me the ins & outs of customer service, sales, meticulousness, negotiating & kindness. When I bought my home in 2017, I realized I still had a strong passion for real estate & decided to jump back in.In addition to my strong customer service skills & career accomplishments, I also have a Bachelor’sDegree in Psychology & Communications from Arizona State University, I was chosen as 1 of 9recipients from across the nation to win a full ride to CoreLogic's real property appraising trainee program in Dallas, TX, I'm a member of The National, The Arizona & The Southeast Valley Association of REALTORS®.I’ve won a, “Favorite neighborhood REALTOR®” award multiple years in a row from the NextdoorApp as well as President’s Round Table & Sales Awards. I enjoy public speaking & I even had a fun,5-year stint speaking on Ch12/NBC's Arizona MidDay!I come from a successful, family oriented, small business background & I am proud to say my dad has 44+ years of entrepreneurial success. My mom is a successful writer & president of Phoenix Writer's Club. She is also a past adjudicator for the ariZonie Awards & has taught me the importance of volunteering, kindness, & empathy. Both of my parents came from nothing & through hard work, perseverance & positivity, made a wonderful life for themselves & our family.My sister & my best friend are both special education teachers & I am honored to know them.
