Responsible to bring conventions/meetings/incentives to the city. Connect meeting planners with our members to create a unique, memorable and successful event. Develop leads and build relationships in the Midwestern States of Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin,Minnesota, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and the Eastern Provinces of Canada. This is achieved thru sales missions, trade shows, client events,bid presentations, site inspections and familiarization trips.

Responsible for National Conventions, Tour and Travel, Supervised Group Market Sales Managers.

Responsible for booking corporate meetings and incentive programs

Responsible for sales and marketing- Northern California, Northern Nevada, Alaska. Educate and train travel agent community, develop and place regional cooperative advertising, consumer presentations, exhibit at industry tradeshows ( Travel Exchange,NTA, PowWow),exhibit at consumer travel shows, organize and host familarization trips aboard ship, organize seminars at sea,participate and work inaugural sailings of new ships, achieve targeted sales goals.
