As Assistant Manager in Audit I held a diverse portfolio of clients in terms of industries and size. Most time spend on larger/mid-sized clients within the industries electronics, travel, cosmetics, and construction.My main responsibilities were:- team management- communication with clients- developing younger staff- quality check of work performed by the audit teams- project management (planning and economy)In addition to my external audit responsibilities I carried a number of internal roles:- Recruiter: Experienced recruiter for our audit department leading interviews with potential candidates.- Performance manager: Responsible for the development of 8 younger staff members by holding yearly development and goal setting conversations as well as ongoing evaluation on work performed, in order to guide the employees to have the steepest learning curve possible with the best possible performance.- Mentor: dedicated mentoring of one younger employee on a daily basis.- Member of DPP (Department of professional practice): internal work on optimizing templates and processes to work smarter and ensure compliance with latest legislation.

In July 2014 KPMG Denmark and EY Denmark Merged and continued operations as EY. As a consequence KPMG International started building a new KPMG in Denmark. I was contacted and made the choice that I would like to be part of this journey of rebuilding KPMG, where as I changed job per 1 July 2014 to the 'new' KPMG (instead of continuing at EY).

I worked as a student assistant at The Danish Chamber of Commerce in a department servicing companies and associations within trade. My work primarily regarded political topics affecting IT policy or food and consumer policy.
