This also included tracking their progression through centerless grinding, heat treat, saw mills, etc. Purchasing mill runs to minimize unit costs for high demand material. Experience in the Engineering department processing legacy part jobs, set up time adjustments, splitting jobs to meet deadlines and verifying all customer required specifications are accurate. Assist and developed new process to store and keep customer specifications for outside processes such as heat treat, bar grinding, etc. per ISO 9001:2015 as well as COI’s and W9’s for billing. Experienced in the quality department performing visual inspections as well as measuring parts and tracking records through internal verification databases. Assist the Accounts Payable department for invoice monitoring and verification. Perform yearly audits both internal and on 3rd party outside processing. Running standard reports to track reorders to find potential adjustments for cost savings in quantities and less reorders. Participating in weekly meetings on advancing processes throughout the company to save time and money on different procedures. Very good communication skills with suppliers and vendors in building relationships and finding ways to benefit C&S Machine.
