Industrial PhD (Erhvervs-PhD) on Cost Risk Management in large construction projects.Research project in collaboration between DTU Management and the Danish Building and Property Agency (Bygningsstyrelsen) on improving cost risk management for larger-scale construction projects. I develop improved tools for project risk management through the use of the project management ‘acutuality’ perspective, collaborative design-processes and LEAN principles. The combination of these aspects focus attention on real life actuality of project and risk management, that is the people in projects, and aim at creating value of work processes through contextual embeddedness.We explore the challenges, to make sure we solve the right problem - and then fit the solution, to solve the problem right.
