As Business Developer BI within the Nordic Procurement Unit (NPU) I have the overall responsibility for the BI Tool within the function. My responsibilities include setting the BI-strategy for NPU, collaborating with BI consultants to further enhance the tool and create self-service dashboards. I also conduct training sessions and lead a group of Super Users with the goal to further enhance NPUs analytical ability. On top of that I am responsible for the KPIs and monthly reports to the NPU Management Team.Right now we are in the middle of changing our ERP-system including the analytics platform where I am the requirement owner for the new procurement BI-tool. My responsibilities include collecting business requirements, translating them to technical requirements for the development team and conducting continuous SIT & UAT testing to make sure the final product will live up to the high expectations of both the daily users and NPU Management Team.

The past summer I have been working as a summer trainee at Byggmax AB. To get an understanding of the core business I spent most of my time at the store located in Luleå. On top of this I was invited to the headquarters in Stockholm where I learned how Byggmax successfully implemented Lean and what they do in terms of logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
