I have been working in the Internet industry since the nineties, mostly with a focus on transaction-oriented digital businesses (e.g. marketplaces, on-demand services, digitized value-chains, SaaS, enabling technologies). I founded and was CEO or COO of several companies such as the Online Personals Group, FriendScout24 (personals/dating), ADA health (medtech), Market Makers (marketplace technology), and led them to operations in 30+ countries. I co-founded others such as enmacc.com (professional energy trading platform) or 10x Founders, a network-driven early-stage investor (http://www.10xfounders.com), and FLEX Capital, a private equity fund that focuses on growth and buyout opportunities in the German Software and Internet Mittelstand (https://www.flex.capital/).Since 2007 I have invested in 100+ digital & tech start-ups in Europe and the US and exited 30+ of them.
