I was contracted by Västtrafik 2014, and was appointed to be the development lead for the one team, who would develop the new mobile app that would make i possible for travellers to purchase their tickets with their smartphones. I also had the role as the Scrum master and was responsible for making the Agile thinking and usage of the Scrum framework fit in with the development and the business. VCC R & D conducted an in-house development of Active Safety Systems for the next generation of cars. The goal with the System was to strengthen Volvo Cars brand as the world’s safest cars. Their strategy was to develop software in-house to keep Intellectual Properties within Volvo Cars Cooperation. The development had to support Autosar standard.I was responsible to get the developed software developed, tested and deployed according to the overall release plan. The software had to be integrated with Tier 1 and Tier2 systems, which included some coordination work between different suppliers to have a complete software release made. I worked with 5-6 development teams and was responsible for the planning and delivery of software to Tier1 supplier. I also had direct contact with Tier1, Tier2 and internal departments in the development of software and reported to VCC Internal Control Groups and the supplier.Worked involved- Project Planning- Coordination between software teams using AGILE methodologies- Setting up tools to enable AGILE management. - Report to Steering group- Contact with Internal and external suppliers

It was two projects that were conducted in parallel and lead by me as the Project Manager. The one project scope was to secure an upgrade of the Informatica platform. Both on the production server and the test server, and it’s had to be made on the same day to prevent any major delays in the production flow. The Second project had the scope to build a new Data Mart solution that would remove and older File structure system. A Pre-study had been done six month before the kick –off for the implementation started. I was in charge of leading the first step of the implementation steps. This involved securing the requirements was still valid, secure resources, plan activities for the initial steps and report weekly to the client.

The client wanted to move out some of their application to the cloud, and I got the assignment to lead a Procurement project to evaluate one application to be moved to a cloud service. The task was to send out a RFQ and ask 6-8 suppliers to provide back some answers on the request, and after evaluation of their answers, ask them to provide a demo and present their product. Decision was then made by client who service to purchase. After the decision was made, the plan to implement the service was done, and I worked together with the client and the supplier to agree on a migration and implementation plan, that would ensure that the current information was correctly moved over to the new service. • Worked Involved:• Evaluation of the RFQ form• Presentation to Steering Committee • Contact with Third part supplier• Plan the activities • Follow up on the progress• Report risk and issues to the client

Ericsson Group IT was running a major program that involved deploying a new infrastructure strategy globally. This involved new Data centers, migration of regional sites, upgrades of network and infrastructure. Within the program, Ericsson and HP had set up a Program Management Office working togheter to support the Program managers, Project Managers and team members. I was assigned the risk manager role and was responsible to ensure risk management was performed within the program, and follow up on mitigations, ensure that actions was taken to limit impact. It also required setting up training sessions by Webex to provide each team member a fully understanding of how to work with risks in the program. The Program consisted of twelve major projects with sub-project. Same system as below, but during 2008-2009 a lot of new development was ordered by the customer. They wanted to improve and extend the system which involved major changes in the front-end and addition of WCF services for the external market connecting to new companies. There were also an upgrade of the .NET framework from 2.0 to 3.5 and an upgrade of the MSSQL Server from 2005 to 2008. I had the main responsibility of this upgrade and worked together with other teams to complete this major change. I worked with an in-house developed system based on .NET 2.0, C#, WCF and MSSQL. The system had one database connected to other business systems that contained information of product data that was provided to internal and external clients.
