I provide general administrative support to the HR department in the recruitment process. The work includes preparation for interviews such as: receive and screen resumes, make plan of interviews and inform candidates. I also post job openings to both internal and external job search websites and keep records of candidate interviews, give status reports to managers and attend to recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus meetings.

My main task was to build a global framework for training and development within Crucell. In close contact with the Manager Global HR and the Vice President HR I made a project plan and defined the scope of the project. Talking to internal and external persons I made an assessment of the current situation and came up with the framework. I managed to close the project successfully within the planed timelines.
