I am responsible for the design and development of Cognex’s edge-to-cloud platform, Edge Intelligence (EI), which supports Cognex products and solutions by providing device management, analytics, data forwarding, and application specific vision services.My passion is translating problems with large numbers of networked devices into new, innovative products and services that improve operations and accelerate digital transformation for industrial manufacturing and e-retailer customers around the world. I leverage my background in electrical engineering, computer science, wireless sensors, embedded systems, IoT, networking, gateways, analytics, computer vision, and edge-to-cloud architectures to deliver value to the business and the customers.
