Sales & Marketing Manager – (Local & International markets)Overall responsibility was to develop and implement the sale and marketing strategy. Key aspects of the position included sustaining the smooth and efficient operations in existing markets and developing new markets; preparing business proposals for top management. Position directly reporting to the President and Vice President of the company.International: • Developing and implementing company’s sales and marketing strategy• Working with the distributors to deliver targeted in-market sales• Monitoring the export activities and assisting the distributors to reach their targets, as set by the company• Working with Key markets & customers to submit accurate products’ forecasts• Developing local sales and marketing plans for distributors and working with them to ensure implementation of the respective plans• Participating in professional exhibitions (new business development)• Searching potential markets and analyzing the possibilities to penetrate• Identifying market opportunities and assessing risks• Establishing distribution networks• Supporting the distributors to ensure alignment with company’s strategies and agreementsLocal (Cyprus): Accountable for Sales and Marketing activities in Cyprus• Developing and implementing the marketing and sales’ strategies• Close cooperation with training and technical managers supporting company’s growth strategies• Customers’ and investors’ relations• Developing advertising and promotional campaigns
