Seksjonen bestod av 13 medarbeidere, 1 enhetsleder og meg som seksjonsleder.Prehospital IKT leverer IKT-tjenester utenfor selve sykehuset til de prehospitale tjenestene i hele Helse Sør-Øst (HSØ). Dette er alle AMK (113)-sentralene, ambulansetjenestene og pasientreiser. Prehospital IKT håndterer de store kommunikasjonssystemene til de prehospitale tjenestene, og sørger for stabil drift, forvaltning og 24/7 beredskap. Vi leverer også prosjekter, utvikling og tjenesteendringer.

Working with Cisco's wireless and security products.

I worked within research and development of mobile networks. I focused most on IP networks with strong requirements to mobility, performance, QoS, security and availability, such as tactical military networks. We also built prototypes for testing and demonstrations.I participated both in national and international research projects, and also worked as project manager during some of them.Specialities: IP protocols, security, QoS, routing protocols, mobility etc.
