Product Owner for Informatica teams in the agile release train MCI using SAFE. The train itself consisted of 150 people jointly working to replace the existing, 20+ years old, master data solution with a state of the art Informatica solution handling the 10 million person customers of Länsförsäkringar, integrating with 20+ systems including official data sources such as Skatteverket and Bolagsverket. The solution went live on august 2024. Due to the business criticality and sensitivity of person data a lot of emphasis was placed on performance optimization, legal requirements such as GDPR and managing test data and test environments.

Lead product owner of four teams providing customer service to end users/customers of Tele2 as well as internal tele2 support staff. The teams were created in a reorganization where we switched from application teams using Lego-planning to user journey teams using SAFE (scaled agile). As the new organization started from scratch we created OKRs, backlog items and a strong team culture. Main responsibilities of Customer Care teams were; tele2 and comviq chat, troubleshooting services and the departmental mono repo. The teams worked in a fully automated setup with continuous integration.

When I left we did a million trips a day. We scaled the business in so many ways, trips, customers, captains, cities, countries (operating in 100+ cities and 15 countries). We grew the tech org from having a small tech team (5 pms and 1 engineer) in Dubai and an outsourced development team in Karachi into having 500 Product and engineering teams distributed across the world, and overcome so many challenges, incidents, fundraises. The Parmatur model is called "Pulse" and has been used since 2005. 30+ companies and authorities have decided to use it for product development, sales, service and production. The Abu Dhabi International Book Fair (ADIBF) 2015 was visited by 270.000 people and 1125 exhibitors from 57 countries. The professional program in 2015 was tasked to put ADIBF at the center of the professional publishing in MENA and featured 93 Speakers and 103 sessions in total. The speakers came from Middle East, Asia, Europe, Africa and North America.
