- Managing time and people- Thinking creatively and democratically to solve conflicts - Schedule, organize, and lead small and large group meetings remotely and in person - Produce schedules and documents within a budget and time frame by communicating the needs of all departments - Schedules and documents are created through Microsoft Word and Excel- Using email to communicate effectively and efficiently - Using creativity and flexibility to adapt a schedule to maintain flow, team morale, and to quickly solve problems as they arise - Knowledgeable in, and adherence to, many union agreements, contracts, and provincial laws including rules and regulations, safety guidelines, and working with minors
