Responsible for driving an engineering strategy to standardise APIOps and API Gateway technologies across FanDuel Group's 1300+ strong engineering organisation with a focus on cross-domain collaboration, low-code solutions and supporting the formation and empowerment of force-multiplier enablement teams that provide cross-cutting capabilities.I also championed FanDuel's strategic initiative to seamlessly incorporate two machine learning models as a service providers extending FanDuel's fraud prevention arsenal, reducing deposit and withdrawal friction for millions of active customers while empowering Fraud Analysts to further automate their AML and Fraud Prevention processes.Earlier in my role as a PE, I had taken a lead role in guiding architectural and organisational transformations. In a vertical of 5 teams, I championed the decoupling of systems, setting a standard that resonated across my extended domain, which at the time encompassed more than 25 teams and has since expanded to 38 teams. I worked closely with the wider Principal Community and collaborated with my peers in my domain to establish a cohesive set of technologies and practices influencing FanDuel's wider business roadmap.
