This month marks the second anniversary of Delphi Partners Advisory, the PE-focused advisory firm Andrea founded. The firm is working at full speed, with Andrea and his network of expert practitioners advising several Private Equity firms on technology and business transformation matters, as well as building portfolio-wide cyber security programs.Before starting his own advisory firm, Andrea was SVP, Chief Business Transformation and Information Officer, at The Nature's Bounty Co. In the combined role of CIO and BTO, Andrea was leading all multi-functional corporate transformation initiatives, including M&A integrations, as well as process improvement and technology implementations across all company value streams. In addition, as part of his IT responsibilities, he has created a progressive Cyber-security program which is earning recognition from Bitsight Technologies with an Advanced score. Before joining NBTY, Andrea spent 19 years at Procter & Gamble. His last position at P&G was Director of Enterprise Architecture and Going Digital program leader. Before P&G, Andrea was a Researcher and PhD student at the Interuniversity Micro-Electronic Center (IMEC) in Leuven, Belgium, where he was responsible to develop a radiation-hard solid-state image sensor in collaboration with the European Space Agency.
