SGB Solutions was an international software & marketing consulting agency. - My focus was on internal core strategies, business development, customer product roadmaps, ops, marketing, & dev cycles. - Managed full development of several websites, web apps, and mobile apps deployed to iOS & Android app stores. Different technologies were used across projects depending on client needs.- Developed custom warehouse management software for an online store with yearly revenue of +$6M.Allowing them to ship 5,000 additional items per month, process 1,000 additional orders per month, decreased man-hours by 400 a month, converted into a 98% paperless environment, and reduced new employee training duration from 10-20 days down to one day.
