I developed methods for assessing personality (such as the DNV GL-certified B5-PLUS and B5-CORE based on the Big Five taxonomy) and tests of skills, knowledge, abilities, team roles, leadership and work satisfaction. I worked as a consultant on leader-, team- and organizational development projects, as well as designing and implementing communication training programs.

With my colleagues I developed recruitment as a business area. I was responsible for developing new assessment methods and products. I did selection assessment mainly within the public sector.

I developed and programmed a computerized assessment system - SmartCat - and developed several psychometric tools. I did organizational evaluations and psychometric analysis.
