During my career I have had the privilege to work with risk management, construction and safety, creating a very good foundation for my current activities. Risk management is inspiring and challenging, and my ambition is to further my knowledge and experience. I am at my best when leading and building teams or leading projects, where I focus on the overall solution and result by finish as a team. Implementing and supporting Risk Management on a corporate level, based on strategic and tactical decisions throughout the organisation, is rewarding and it inspires to in a positive way have influence on the whole business. I am used to stand up to challenges and responsibilities, and to deliver results. My personality is positive, friendly, outgoing and social, with a solid presence and driven by challenges.From past experience I am used to working as a team leader and manager, where I have my strength in setting up teams that deliver and by keeping focus on the overall solution and goals. It is enjoyment to see a strong team deliver and watch people grow.
