The Executive Producer has the main responsibility for the production of the conference in Helsinki (with 7,500 participants + 20,000 following the live stream) and in Oslo (with 3,500 participants).

Oslo Business Forum was founded in January 2016. The mission is to help business leaders make better decisions and challenge traditional thinking, by providing knowledge, networks and tools in an engaging way.As Executive Producer I am responsible for organizing Oslo Business Forum's event production across different projects, events and annual conferences. Key responsibility areas: - Conference logistics: Ensuring that all event logistics run smoothly throughout the event (in regards to registration, lunches, transportation/parking etc.)- Speaker relations: Coordinating and planning with Oslo Business Forum speakers on everything speech-related (topic, scripting, stage-requirements etc.) and hospitality-related (transportation, accommodation, security, hosting etc.)- Technical providers: Planning and coordinating with our different providers on key areas (such as stages, screens/AV, lights, sound, exhibition areas etc.)- Venue contact: Planning together with venue project manager to ensure that everything is ready and the best way possible for our event (catering, hotel arrangements, meeting room/conference center etc.) - Volunteer and Internship program: Coordinating recruitment and follow-up of Oslo Business Forum's Internship program and our 100+ volunteers working at the conferences.

My overall responsible was to ensure the well being of the entire student union at BI Norwegian Business School (SBIO), as well as it's employees. The student union has more than 7000 members and 2500 active students. My job was to make sure the SBIO management set their strategies and worked to achieve their personalised goals, as well as coordinating dialogue and cooperation with internal and external contacts. Furthermore, I had to ensure the pursuit for development according to the four strategic working areas the union has - to be an open, engaging and including organisation, to strengthen internal collaboration and unity, be attractive to the business community, as well as being an international student organisation.

Assisting the students in various tasks in the Bachelor Administration and at the Student Service Centre.

At BilXtra I assisted customers in need of help when purchasing car related merchandise. Through this I learned about sales, customer service, handling complaints and marketing related activities.

At Bowling 1 I assisted customers in a variety of tasks, with everything from serving food and drinks, to fixing bowling machines and cleaning the restaurant. We also had a bar where we served low alcohol options (beer, cider, wine etc.) and I worked here during weekends.

At Old Mill I helped out an elementary school class with different tasks, such reading practice, writing practice and class related activies. I spent around two hours a day there throughout a semester, and was fortunate to work with an amazing group of children.
