Purchasing for categories (Apparel & Gamewear) and booking programs to help ensure European inventory and sales targets are met. Updating ERP systems with vendor, product and pricing information and making sure to assist the 12-month inventory cycle. Assessing/analyzing sales and planning together with demand planning making sure to have the correct forecast to strategically plan capacity with vendors. Stakeholders both in EU and North America. Vendors mainly in Asia with day to day contact.

Daily work consisted of making purchases, contact with multiple vendors spread across EU, creating, evaluating forecasts and maintaining the correct service level. Big level of responsibility to ensure delivers to restaurants but also to make sure to have the correct level of stock,FMCG.Analyzing sales, asses buy suggestions, optimising the ERP system, article updates, finding the best solution for transport was some of the key responsibilities. A lot of communication with other departments within the organization.
