This included analysis of framework (Citrix – cloud), being the ERP-superuser, web solutions, procurement, meeting with suppliers- Shutting down two Swedish offices which meant mapping and transferring processes and routines (including a new ERP-system) of the two businesses, relocating them to Malmö and then getting the new operations running.- Development and implementation of a nurse staffing business for the Danish market. I developed the concept and after successful sales operations in the Copenhagen area we had about 30 nurses working full-time in the fall of 2008 with a CM of over 30%.ABOUT AGITO: From 2007 to 2011 I was employed by Agito Nordic. The company specializes in temporary staffing within the Healthcare sector. When I was hired the company was a small, one product entrepreneurial business. When I left it had developed into a venture capital owned company with business in three countries over five different product ranges. Much and sudden change was a constant.
