Consultant assignment in a Global Transformation Programme as part of the change communication and learning matrix within the Global rollout project (GRP) in the Multichannel Transformation Programme. Our team was responsible for coaching projects, streams and global lines in target group analysis, identification of change impact, choosing learning approaches and creating suitable global learning material. In some cases we executed the whole process.In addition, we were responsible for preparing the receiving teams in each country for what their change journey would look like and what they should prepare for.

Focal points are knowledge transfer (i.e. internal marketing) or documentation for large groups of employees or end-users using software based platforms. Typical projects are ERP-system roll-outs or projects implementing new processes, products, policies and business rules.A lot of our work is derived from regulatory needs where compliance with rules and laws must be documented.

Agito Nordic, Business analyst / developerDuring my four years at Agito I´ve worked in four main areas:- Gap analysis implementing a new business process between the Swedish and Norwegian branches. My approach was a combination of interviewing staff, process mapping and constant dialogue with the developers at the ERP-system provider to create standards on how to optimize use of the ERP-system in daily operations. - Being responsible for our IT-solutions. This included analysis of framework (Citrix – cloud), being the ERP-superuser, web solutions, procurement, meeting with suppliers- Shutting down two Swedish offices which meant mapping and transferring processes and routines (including a new ERP-system) of the two businesses, relocating them to Malmö and then getting the new operations running.- Development and implementation of a nurse staffing business for the Danish market. I developed the concept and after successful sales operations in the Copenhagen area we had about 30 nurses working full-time in the fall of 2008 with a CM of over 30%.ABOUT AGITO: From 2007 to 2011 I was employed by Agito Nordic. The company specializes in temporary staffing within the Healthcare sector. When I was hired the company was a small, one product entrepreneurial business. When I left it had developed into a venture capital owned company with business in three countries over five different product ranges. Much and sudden change was a constant. I was hired through a temp staffing company to relieve HR regarding recruitment. The recruiting consisted mostly of white-collar but also some blue-collar positions including managers in both areas. Other tasks included reviewing the ISO-mapping of HR-processes and tutoring an engineer student on his Masters thesis regarding transformation processes.

I worked closely with the directors and management of the hospital. My main task was recruiting - including three top management positions (Head of Strategy, Head of Information and Head of Administration) where I reported directly to the Director of the Hospital. I also conducted seminars about Employee Health for all management at the hospital – over 20 seminars in total. I was introduced to Lean management through the Head of Strategy.

Sweden

A non-profit organization that offer students a wide range of activities away from the books. The organization had around 1800 members, six days a week operations including a night club for 500 guests, photo clubs, sports and wide range of foods. The annual turnover was about 270 000 Euros.As manager (qurator) I was responsible for day-to-day operations and all volunteering staff, I was the spokesperson and the point of contact for authorities and suppliers. I ran and/or assisted on several projects. I was chairman of the management group and a member of the Board.
