Moving the environment one step forward with Powershell and providing a robust workflow so everyone can benefit from its uses. Made the modern deployment more smooth and fast, reducing workflow on technicians and saving time.Managing solutions and configurations in Intune to move from on-premises to cloud only one step at a time and evaluating everything along the way.

Field Technician for the biggest ISPs in Sweden. Worked with fibre-optics, DSL-connections and 3G/4G connections. Configured Cisco and Huawei hardware for clients' customers and installing end-node equipment.

Support Technician (2nd-line) for Telenors open fibre-network "OpenUniverse" and their parties. Configuring and setting up VLAN solutions for their clients.

Premium Support for one of the biggest ISP:s in Sweden focusing on customer support and quality. Lately focused on backoffice assignments coming from Telenor and its parties.

Sold computers, peripherals for business customers, personal users and other parties. Also ran a helpdesk that served customers with the best computer service, provided wide configurations and solutions for their hardware.
