 Working in the manufacture (operation) to investigate inefficiency of the equipment and improve the quality of products. Trained to work in operation of Chocolate Manufacture (was granted Certificaat Cacao & Chocolade).  Do troubleshooting in each stage of cocoa liquor processing to pinpoint the core problem.  Perform properties analysis (fat%, iron content, particle size) of cocoa liquor to indicate problem and inefficiency of the equipment. Equipment analysis (wear-out and lifespan) also performed to be used as recommendation for maintenance department  Validate processing equipment and write analysis report of the cocoa liquor behavior in different recipe and treatment (pH) for supervisor and maintenance department. During this internship, i learnt a lot about team work and be open to advise. At the end of this internship, I have become a person with better communication skills and problem solving.

Investigate fouling problem of Infant Milk during heat treatment. Compare the fouling phenomenon in plate heat exchanger and steam. Analyze the fouling (milk protein denaturation) and Its correlation with the processing time, pH, temperature.

Waste is one of problem that is faced globally especially in developing countries. Minimum infrastructure to manage the generated waste creates unbreakable loops in the society. In Bali, there is no proper waste management facility. Most wastes are not separated and ended up in landfill. Plastic waste dominate the population in landfill and it remains undecomposed. During my internship, I was responsible at research and development section to make a plastic pyrolysis reactor that can convert plastic into fuel. This project will benefit the waste facility in Bali because it recycles all the plastic waste which is the problem to everybody. My persistency and curiosity made me able to finish this project in time with results and recommendations. This opportunity had shaped me to become assertive and hard working person.
