I'm a goal oriented leader with a technical background with more than 20 years of experience from both startups and large companies. To get people to collaborate in the most efficient way and to reach goals together is what I strive for.I'm efficient, accurate and often finds solutions where I put the customer in focus. My developer background often helps me to understand technology and architecture and then explain it in an easy way for customers and external partners.I truly believe in the modern coaching leadership style where I support and act sounding board to my direct reports and let them at the same time take initiatives and responsibilities in our daily work. I love having the overview picture of the project and solution and then combine it with trying to sort out technical challenges with the developers. Hands on development, architectural discussions or server configuration are still things I really like to do when there's an opportunity.
