🎓 Together with SIB Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie and Unternehmerschule, we offer the advanced education to become a "Dipl. Innovation Engineer" by applying innovation methods in a concrete innovation 💡 project.

Here starts my consulting career 🚀. During almost 4.5 years, I was able to complete several large projects in the area of digital transformation in various roles (PMO, Scrum Master for one specific workstream). Agile 🔁 or waterfall 💧 approach? I am used to work with waterfall, pure agile as well as hybrid project management. Moreover I conducted process management and optimizations projects, starting from requirements engineering to process modelling of future processes based on BPMN 2.0 🔗 and system implementations.I supported the company-wide agile transformation as an agile coach to support and empower other agile teams and roles with clear definitions of tasks, competencies and responsibilities and training new processes and agile methods. Moreover, I conducted #SAFe Agilist certification and Scrum Master trainings for clients and BearingPoint employees.I was also in charge of projects that were about innovation 💡 and creativity. In addition to designing the Smart Ecosystem Lab (a combination of digital and physical innovation formats), I was also responsible for conducting innovation workshops 👨‍🏫 with industry experts and clients.Since #sustainability 🌳 is very important to me, I have organized and coordinated all CSR activities as CSR Lead for Switzerland. We could help numerous local and international organizations with our competencies and skills. I also raised the awareness of sustainability / CSR within BearingPoint and took the topic to the next level.

Being part of this tech corporation and seeing how such an innovative company 💡 is run was an important milestone 🔹 for me. Through my activities in Partner Channel Management and the direct work with the member of the management of Microsoft Switzerland, I was able to further develop my professional, methodological and communicative skills 📚. I was able to advance many partners in digitalization and digital collaboration through workshops and further develop modern / digital marketing 🎥📱 skillset.

I was able to work on the entire life cycle of an employee 👤 - from employer branding, recruiting, occupational safety🚷, insurance to leaving. It was a wonderful opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company's culture and growth 📈at a young age and to support the employees in all HR matters.

#Inbound marketing 📥 was just emerging at the time - we were early adopters (!) and implemented Hubspot. But I also learned what it means to be creative 🎨 and to try things out to get closer and closer to the end product in an iterative way of working.

In this position, I learned what makes executives 👨🏽‍💼 tick, what good leadership is, and the power of an excellent corporate culture. ... and of course, I wrote minutes of the board meetings.

Woow - milestone #1 - my first work experience! A wonderful experience to work in such a cross-functional and international team and that I had the opportunity to make a remarkable contribution to the research and identification of emerging risks for the Swiss Re Group. One of the highlights was my assignment of one month at Swiss Re Kansas City to raise awareness of emerging risks in the Americas region. 🌎
