As the Group Head of Digital at Bonava, I am glad to be managing and being part of the team working on improving our customer journey. We help our customers find their dream home, making sure that they feel informed and involved in the purchasing process, and that they have the support needed when moving into one of our neighbourhoods. I am a part of the Group Commercial Management team and report to the SVP of Brand and Culture.My team's goal is to make sure that customer needs in all our markets are met, and that our colleagues within sales, marketing and customer service have the processes, guidance and tools needed to make sure that this happens. I'm glad to have contributed to and implemented an agile and value-driven approach in Bonava where we constantly evolve and improve on all our touchpoints and in our digital capabilities. I always strive to improve our way of working, making sure to work across silos, ensuring that different perspectives are taken into consideration. For me, it is important that we work towards common goals and that decisions are made by those most knowledgeable to make them. I believe this to be the foundation for how we as a team can stay energised, making sound and informed decisions, and making sure that we are constantly moving in the right direction.

As a consultant, and later as a Client Manager, I provided advisory services to clients across diverse industries, assisting them in defining and implementing strategic initiatives and projects. This involved crafting long-term roadmaps and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from strategy development to project execution and follow-up. The role as Client Manger included coaching and managing other consultants in their assignments. Additionally, I offered specialised expertise in technology evaluation and selection to ensure that digital projects were aligned with organizational objectives.
