I'm a scientist turned engineer who loves working on large problems and learning new technologies.After Master's in Physics through the University of Oregon, I joined an environmental monitoring start-up, researching, developing, manufacturing and building systems for sensors using a molecular recognition method which allowed direct measurement of nitrate in environmental matrices. My work on the sensors and systems directly contributed to the our acquisition and licensing of the sensor technology. Joining onto the new parent company, I joined a multi-disciplined group of scientists and engineers and spearheaded the integration of our sensors into remote and handheld measurement systems.
