Topic: Analysis and selection of criteria for decision of suppliers for AWS Systemtechnik GmbH. Criteria were identified which must be collected from potential suppliers in order to be able to guarantee mediation in response to customer enquiries. Furthermore, an acquisition process was implemented in the AWS process landscape. In addition, cost estimates were carried out in order to weigh up the costs of the project.
