Territorial Ambassador (Central Italy) for InnovUp - Italian Innovation and Startup Ecosystem. InnovUp is a non-profit and impartial association that represents and connects the Italian innovation ecosystem, including startups, scaleups, innovative SMEs, innovation centers, incubators, accelerators, science and technology parks, professional firms, consulting companies, and corporates.

- OPEN INNOVATION ADVISORY & STARTUP MENTORING I work with corporates as advisor in the design and management of open innovation projects to enhance the idea contamination and to exploit the hidden value within the organization. I mainly work on the design of the open innovation model, on the talent gathering and management process. I work to define initiatives, processes and methodologies which combine internal and external ideas into a system which will help an organization to grow faster and exploit new opportunities. I work on startup projects as mentor, supporting Seedble’s team in the acceleration program for the following activities: defining the business model, designing brand identity and marketing strategies, designing communication framework and team management guidelines. - SMART WORKING & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ADVISORY | PROJECT MANAGEMENT I work on digital transformation and smart working projects as advisor and PM enabling change and innovation within organizations. These projects focus on analysing organizational and strategic issues, defining the vision for change, designing internal communication frameworks, building policy and guidelines for the organizational culture, modernizing and optimizing team collaboration, ensuring a mutual understanding of processes and applications, developing and defining a digital workplace model, realizing employer branding policy and optimizing recruiting and talent management processes. I am also Community Manager of a LinkedIn Smart Working Group (+2.000 members). - DIGITAL COMMUNICATION ADVISORY I work on digital communication projects as advisor providing strategies and solutions to lead in digital media era. These projects focus on analysing corporate communication systems, defining an external communication framework (website, social media, CRM system), creating and developing marketing plan and social media marketing strategies (planning, management and monitoring).
