As the VP of Digital Optimization, I lead a team that optimizes our clients' Web presence, measures digital marketing performance, and provides reporting and data visualization to drive informed decision-making. Key focus areas of this role include:Data-driven Strategy: Work with clients to develop data-driven strategies to optimize business performance and achieve organizational goals.Web Analytics: Expertise with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, including GA4 implementation, configuration, and analysis for both e-commerce and lead generation sites. This work also includes architecting cookie consent and data warehousing solutions to comply with current rules and regulations.Digital Analytics: Data analysis, interpretation, and reporting. Includes handling of regular reporting as well as ad hoc analysis on marketing attribution, sales funnel analysis, user journey pathing, and touchpoint analysis. Data Visualization: Presenting complex data in visually appealing and understandable formats using tools like Google Looker Studio.A/B Testing: Designing and executing A/B tests to optimize user experiences and improve conversion rates.Search Engine Optimization: Technical, Local, and Content SEO with a focus on intent-based optimization plans.Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
