I expanded the team from a small 3-person department into a robust internal creative agency, delivering turn-key creative solutions for all of Corsair's needs. Leading the creation of up to 3,000+ creative assets per quarter, In this role, I supported every product launch with exciting 3D video trailers, lifestyle photography, renders for packaging, and more. I collaborated closely with Corsair’s sub-brands, including Elgato, Drop, Scuf, and OriginPC, ensuring cohesive and effective brand representation across all media. Additionally, I managed and collaborated with global creative agencies on campaign content development, ensuring alignment with brand vision and objectives. I successfully navigated through two separate brand refreshes, leading the championing and implementation of brand identity updates across all creative assets and communications.

During my tenure at Major League Gaming, I directed live broadcasts for esports events, leading a team of six and working with various on-camera personalities. I managed the production of live esports broadcasts for three-day events featuring major titles like League of Legends, Madden, Tekken, and Call of Duty. I developed innovative show formats that were adopted across all Major League Gaming programming, setting new standards for live esports broadcasts. Balancing the dual roles of video producer and on-camera talent, I ensured the creation of high-quality content and engaging audience interactions.
