Intrepid was acquired by Accenture in June 2017. In my continued role, I lead all HR activities for a global team of 220+, lead the recruiting organization, and lead our Apprentice program. The apprentice program is a mechanism by which we continually train and hire junior talent in development (iOS, Android and Web), design and project management. It is a primary driver of growth for the organization having trained 200+ candidates over the last 4 years.

Timbre was a live music discovery app, built by Intrepid Pursuits. The app had a beautiful and noteworthy design, leading it to be frequently featured by Apple. Timbre was acquired by Seatwave in December 2013.

I planned and executed pre-show promotions include the Children's Village, the Christmas Town Centre, a Toys for Tots donation center, and a 1,000 rose giveaway for Gypsy. I also visited camps and hospitals with Muny characters. I prepared activities and tours for girl scout camp visits.

The Helix is a multi-venue performing arts centre on DCU's campus in Dublin, Ireland. I performed demographic research on the venue's artist, profiled the segments of users, prepared direct mail campaigns and helped a 3 person marketing team put together a long term strategy for the venue.
