The unit contains FPGA, uP, Optical board assembly modules and 12x10GbE SFP+ pluggable optics.Sept. 2014 - Feb. 2016Responsible for the electronics design and Test & Verification of an Ethernet Muxponder Switch, capable of switching Ethernet traffic up to 960Gbps (96x10GbE). The switch board unit contains optical board assembly modules, uP, FPGA and a large 2400pins ASIC.

Hardware development and test & verification of a variety of video access modules to mostly Nimbra 600 platform. Video access modules, which consist of up to 8 channels to send and receive uncompressed video (3G/HD/SD-SDI) with speeds up to 3Gbps. Great demands on signal integrity and timing due high signal speeds and a compact design.

Sept 2004 – Feb 2006 NetInsight ABHardware design, documentation, test & verification of a 4-channel E3/DS3 trunk card for the transmission of video and data between the nodes of 34 Mbps (E3) or 45 Mbps (DS3). 8-layer board that was based on a Xilinx FPGA and consisted of about 1000 components First prototype went directly into production. Schematic drawing in Cadence.Juli 2004 – Okt 2004 SeneaDevelopment of two-and three-dimensional product drawings for wiring, exploded view drawing, assembly instructions and BOM (Bill of Material) lists with variants of the Collector 200 (one of Senea data acquisition systems) for remote meter reading. All mechanical drawings done in CAD software Solid Edge.Jan 2003 – Jun 2004 Nobel Biocare ProceraHW Development of the control system to a 3-dimensional robotic milling for the production of individually designed ceramic dental crowns. Duties consisted of hardware design of interface board, schematic drawings and PCB layout in Mentor VeriBest. Test & Verification of hardware, installation, and training in Sweden and the USA Support and maintenance responsibility for the hardware of the control system for Nobel Biocare. Used the ISIS case-management system for fault management, equipment history, and configuration management of routers.Sept 2002 – Dec 2002 InterspiroRedesigning of circuit boards used by smoke-helmet.Due environment for the product, it was the design and choice of components adapted to the intrinsic safety requirements for the product. Implemented a successful EMC test on Semko. Schematic drawings and PCB layout in Veribest.Juli 2002 – Sept 2002 SAAB AvionicsPCB Layout of three 8-layer PCB as part of a military aircraft radar systems. The layout was done in Mentor VeriBest.
