We help our customers to meet the the upcoming requirements and laws in the field of ESG, ESG-Risk ans ESG-Reporting. We act either as consultants or as outsourcing partner for all ESG topics.Further I am a board member at BlockTec Group AG, a leading company in the blockchain industry. I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that leverage the power of blockchain technology and tokenization. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the board, as I have worked with clients from various sectors and regions, and have a strong academic background in corporate finance from the University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG).Previously, I was the COO and CFO of VisaVento Holding AG, a holding company that invests in renewable energy projects and companies. I was responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the portfolio, as well as developing and executing the growth and exit strategies. I worked with a team of experts and partners to identify and evaluate potential opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and manage the post-acquisition integration and performance. I also contributed to the vision and mission of the company, and supported its social and environmental impact.
