Across all customer contact areas: digital channels and apps, customer service, branches/agents, sales persons, etc. While reliable customer engagement was always my focus this was the reason to act as project manager in order to create and improve our customer relationship management solution.Based on in depth business knowledge and experience I loved the opportunity to work for SAP in order to work for a bright variety of German and European banks, insurance companies and service providers.I am passionate about providing ideas and insight across the entire value chain of marketing, sales and customer service in order to take banks to the next level: experience management.
