Over time, we realized that delivering a quality product was no longer enough. We needed to differentiate ourselves in the market by adding more intelligence and innovation to our offerings. However, digital innovation requires speed and boldness. In this realm, more than ever, it is essential to maximize the chances of success in a risky, competitive, and highly dynamic environment. With this mindset, I initiated an embryonic project of technological innovation at TV1.COM, capitalizing on the growing demands for mobility and API utilization. We started a process of prototyping and conducted lectures on new market technologies. We actively participated in brainstorms, getting closer to the planning and creation phases, adding a layer of innovation to our project conception process.As the leader of the technology innovation team at TV1 Group, my responsibilities included managing a team of developers in prototype creation, providing technical consultation for various projects, delivering regular lectures and workshops on emerging market technologies and future trends, and participating in brainstorms with creative technologists, suggesting solutions and analyzing the most technically viable paths forward.

Initially, as a Senior Front-End Developer, my responsibilities included developing and maintaining HTML (4 and 5) or XHTML (transitional and strict) web pages. I also worked extensively with JavaScript, both native and with the assistance of libraries such as jQuery. During this period, there was a significant increase in the use of JavaScript for integrating with social media APIs (such as Facebook) and services (such as Google Maps), requiring specific integration and authentication methods.After a few months in the Front-End area, I was promoted to a specialist role, where I led the team and took technical responsibility for decision-making and addressing challenges within the field.
