I worked as lab engineer/researcher within the textile expertise area. My main responsibilities were to lead external customer initiated projects, to perform textile testing, on demand metod development and upkeep of the internal testing climate equipment. I also provided assistance with chemical analysis of phenols and phthalates with GC-MS along with off site support with chemical sample prep at RISE Borås and Covid-19 mask tests at RISE Agrifood and bioscience in Göteborg. I acted as a representative for RISE IVF at the technical committee TK332 at the Swedish Institute for Standards.

My main responsibility was to perform stability tests in various product ageing studies and to perform statistical analysis on the results. I was also responsible for the handling of chemicals in some of the laboratory spaces due to my interest for environment, health and safety in the workplace.

Mainly worked with testing NPWT products, both with tests concerning development and product verification. Furthermore, method development was also a substantial part of my responsibilities together with general laboratory support. During the final months of my contract I was assigned to equipment engineer duty. My main responsibility during this period was to keep the laboratory data system updated with the correct and latest information regarding the on site lab equipment.

Performed high temperature corrosion exposures of a nickel aluminide alloy, followed by analysis of the exposed samples with SEM, EDX and XRD.
