● Act as a liaison between the company and the customer and as a leader in the customer focus team.● Arrange and lead weekly/ad hoc conference call with customer.● Chair and administrate regular and irregular meetings with various functions in customer focus team.● Track and follow-up on the closure of issues relating to customer account under responsibility. Issues range from quality, production planning, engineering, vendor/supplier to finance. ● Communicate and discuss technical changes requested by customer with various departments within the company (Quality, Process and Test Engineering, Production, Logistic, Purchasing and Planning)● Liaise technical changes with engineering department and administrate changes the according to the ISO standard.● Load Sales Order (SO) according to customer Purchase Order (PO) and forecast to the company MRP system.● Soliciting purchase order (PO) for service provided to the customer and administrates billing process. ● Liaise with scheduler/planner and purchaser/material analyst to ensure manpower, machine capacity and material availability to fulfil customer demand in Sales Order● Monitor production and logistics to ensure timely product delivery ● Program/Project based budget control● Understand contract agreed and signed between customer and company as a reference to serve and respond to customer request.● Administrate and coordinate customer accommodation and transportation prior to customer visit
