LeadingAge Virginia is an association of not-for-profit aging services organizations serving residents and clients through life plan/continuing care retirement communities, senior housing, assisted living, nursing homes, adult day centers and home and community based services. We are not-for-profit organizations working together to expand the world of possibilities for aging.

Work in collaboration with 4 other school board members to:-Establish the vision and goals for the school division-Be aware of policies, laws and regulations that may impact work of schools and implement policies that help improve the work of schools. -Hire and evaluate superintendent -Adopt and maintain an annual budget that is aligned with the vision. -Serve as leader and representative of the community and advocate for students and the school district.

Toby's Dream is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. The mission is to ensure that children, living in Greater Hampton Roads and the Eastern Shore of Virginia, who are living with life-threatening illnesses, have the opportunity and resources to imagine and experience their most fantastic dream.

Completed 20 credits per semester for a total of 120.5 credits in three years to earn BBA. This resulted in a savings of approximately 25% of tuition costs (because “full-time” tuition rate is/was fixed when enrolled in 12 credits or more per semester). Accelerating the traditional schedule also reduced non income generating “downtime” between careers.
